Evaluations of Government and Society Study (EGSS) is a series of surveys conducted over the Internet in 2010-2012 using samples representative of the national population of adult citizens. Each survey has a separate sample; this is not a panel study. The chief aims of the surveys were to measure public opinion in advance of the 2012 election and to pilot-test new instrumentation.
